This is the post #10 of the Calvin's Institutes summary series.
Scripture reveals God as the Creator, one and only, eternal, good, merciful, judging and just. The "goal of the knowledge of God in Scripture is to fear God and then to trust in Him."
Note: This chapter was a bit difficult to understand, even though it was a short one. I'm not entirely sure what Calvin was trying to do in this chapter.
